Every latte macchiato or cappuccino you prepare should have the same high-quality milk foam. A unique feature of our ETNA MilkBase Connected technology is that the temperature of the milk does not affect the quality of the milk foam. This in-house developed temperature control by ETNA provides complete control over the temperature of the milk foam, using two linked flow-through heaters. Unlike with steam heating, this technique allows the machine to heat the milk up to the desired final temperature in a controlled manner.
The ETNA MilkBase Connected is suitable for any type of milk: whole milk, soy milk, goat’s milk or oat milk*. The machine can froth up any protein-containing milk type into a rich foam cloud that will roll over your tongue. The same foam quality over and over again. The MilkBase Connected is equipped with a 4-litre refrigerator. It is also possible to use a carton of milk or a pouch.
* With certain non-homogenised types of milk such as oat, it is important to shake the container regularly during use.
