You start your day with a good cup of coffee. Today is all about product optimisation, part of our innovation roadmap, which you have been working intensively on in recent years. This project meets the needs of our customers. You start the morning with a meeting with your R&D Manager to discuss the progress of the project. Together, you will evaluate the recently conducted tests. You continue the morning with a working group session in which you present the innovations and improvements for the product.
After lunch - perhaps a walk with colleagues - you continue at the computer. You process the results of the morning and draw up a detailed schedule for the further implementation of the project. With this morning’s insights in mind, you analyse the technical aspects of other products and consider the feasibility of your new ideas. At the end of the day, you take a look at your diary for the week ahead and note that you will be contacting a supplier about a promising technology you recently discovered at the fair. With a feeling of satisfaction and a smile on your face, you end the working day.
