Evatic GPRS service tool


Together with the German firm Evatic, ETNA has developed a service tool that makes exploiting and using our machines more convenient than ever!

By connecting to the Evatic service system the coffee equipment communicates directly via GPRS so you always know everything about the drinks counter and error codes of the machine. Also the invoicing of maintenance and repairs can run through Evatic because they can access all machine details.

Advantages of this system are that you never have to send your service team to a machine without knowing what is wrong with the machine or which part needs replacing. This makes your service more profitable and cost effective.
